For manufacturing companies with complex supply chains that want to accelerate product development, build resilience or reduce costs, Makersite is a disruptive digital twin platform that uses AI to connect and enrich cross-departmental data into live models for analysis, collaboration, and decision support. Digital twins can be used to understand how external factors like environmental and health regulations, supply shortages, etc. affect a business and help teams evaluate scenarios considering multiple criteria like costs, environment, compliance, etc. simultaneously.


Who We’re Looking For:


You will be our first Marketing hire in the USA. You will work closely with our established marketing and sales team based in Europe, but you will lead our lead acquisition and demand generation efforts in the US.

You will be responsible for building and shaping the marketing plan and working closely with the newly established sales team in the US to run campaigns and ultimately drive revenue growth.


What You’ll Do:


  • Track and analyze competitor activity, and feedback to the business
  • Work closely with your European counterparts to manage the marketing budget and demonstrate ROI
  • Driving additional traffic flow to our website through content marketing. Including SEO, outbound marketing, PR and social media campaigns



  • Taking ownership of lead generation campaigns with a trial-and-error mindset
  • Plan, develop and execute programs across pipeline building, customer retention and ABM
  • Coordinate projects, including agencies and events
  • Increase the company presence within the market as well as identify new market opportunities

Job requirements

The Right Person Would Have:


  • You are a creative, detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • You bring an entrepreneurial mindset and are eager to create something new
  • You are ready to make decisions and take full ownership
  • You are highly organized and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work cross-functionally
  • You can operate under pressure and meet deadlines
  • You have 4-5 years hands-on experience in a successful marketing function for a B2B SaaS platform or a tech-oriented fast-growing start-up
  • Your used to marketing to large, Enterprise organizations and understand the complexities longer sales cycles and high ACV
  • You have experience coordinating larger projects across involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • You have an in-depth understanding of SEO and SMM, with the ability to grow and engage key targets
  • You are an expert on analyzing marketing data – you have a handle on your key metrics and KPIs and can demonstrate how marketing initiatives create value
  • You have a previous hands-on experience with a wide range of analytics, marketing and automation tools, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, HubSpot, Intercom, WordPress
  • You stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • You are technically fluent, comfortable dealing with technical information and can translate technical capabilities into customer benefits
  • A knowledge of US manufacturing markets would be useful but not essential.
