Join us and be a part of shaping the future of manufacturing and product innovation.

Who we're looking for:

As part of our growing team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of sustainable product development. We’re looking for innovative, driven LCA Expert who are passionate about technology and sustainability to join us in building tools that enable companies to make smarter, more responsible decisions. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with talented professionals, contribute to cutting-edge projects, and help drive the digital transformation of industries worldwide. If you're ready to make an impact and contribute to meaningful change, we want to hear from you!

As an LCA Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them integrate LCA best practices into their workflows using our cutting-edge software. This is a customer-facing role focused on ensuring that companies can easily adopt, utilize, and maximize the value of our platform to assess and reduce environmental impact. Instead of conducting LCA studies manually, you will enable businesses to transition from traditional, time-consuming methods to an automated, software-driven approach

This role is a fixed, permanent position. All successful applicants will receive a permanent employment contract regardless of location. Successful applicants will be expected to work East Coast hours.

The role:

  • Customer Enablement – Guide customers on how to effectively use our software for Life Cycle Assessments, eliminating the need for manual calculations.

  • LCA Consultation – Act as an expert resource, helping customers interpret LCA results, optimize sustainability strategies, and comply with industry standards.

  • Onboarding & Training – Deliver hands-on training, workshops, and best-practice guidance to ensure successful adoption of our platform.

  • Workflow Optimization – Help businesses transition from traditional LCA methods to automated, software-driven processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.

  • Product Feedback & Collaboration – Work closely with product and engineering teams to refine our platform based on user needs and industry trends.

  • Sustainability Insights & Reporting – Support customers in generating automated sustainability reports for compliance, internal strategy, and stakeholder communication.

  • Thought Leadership – Stay ahead of LCA advancements and represent the company in industry discussions, webinars, and customer advisory sessions.

Job requirements

  • LCA & Sustainability Expertise – Strong knowledge of Life Cycle Assessment (ISO 14040/44), carbon footprinting, and environmental impact assessment.

  • Software & Data Experience – Comfortable using and guiding others on LCA tools and SaaS platforms, ensuring customers can extract maximum value.

  • Customer-Focused Mindset – Experience in a consultative, customer-facing role (e.g., sustainability consulting, customer success, or technical support).

  • Analytical Skills – Ability to interpret LCA outputs, identify impact hotspots, and provide actionable sustainability recommendations.

  • Educational Background – Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Communication & Training – Strong ability to explain complex concepts simply, engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and provide hands-on training.

  • Project & Stakeholder Management – Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

  • Industry Experience (preferred) – Experience working with manufacturing, consumer goods, or supply chain industries on sustainability initiatives.

  • Residing in and legally permitted to work in the US (Chicago or East Coast Specific).

Why Join Us?

  • Play a key role in scaling sustainability efforts by making LCA more accessible through software.

  • Work closely with top global companies looking to improve their environmental impact.

  • Join a dynamic, mission-driven team at the forefront of sustainable innovation.

  • Enjoy a flexible, remote-friendly work culture with opportunities for growth.
