Job description

Who You’ll Work For:

Makersite is an award-winning AI software company that empowers manufacturers to manage product sustainability, cost, and compliance, simultaneously from a web browser. Our mission is to help procurement, product design, and experts make better decisions to create safer, more sustainable products through data-driven analysis. We firmly believe that technology can help corporations to have a more positive impact on their environment. That is why we developed a platform that uses cutting-edge technology, big data, and breakthrough algorithms to deliver product intelligence, unlike anything on the market. Our customers frequently tell us, ‘We’re too good to be true’!

How we help our customers:

For manufacturing companies with complex supply chains that want to accelerate product development, build resilience or reduce costs, Makersite is a disruptive digital twin platform that uses AI to connect and enrich cross-departmental data into live models for analysis, collaboration, and decision support. Digital twins can be used to understand how external factors like environmental and health regulations, supply shortages, etc. affect a business and help teams evaluate scenarios considering multiple criteria like costs, environment, compliance, etc. simultaneously.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are in search of an exceptional Project Manager situated in the USA (East) with a focus on system connections with our customers, rather than feature development. This role is centered on leading software implementation projects to ensure successful delivery, managing project plans and risks, and ensuring the right expertise is available throughout all project phases. The ideal candidate will have a knack for managing stakeholder expectations, contributing to the standardization of project implementation methodology, and delivering comprehensive Project/Solution Documentation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of software projects related to system connections with our customers, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Maintain and update project plans, proactively identifying and managing any project risks.
  • Ensure the availability of the right expertise for each project phase, coordinating with internal and external resources as necessary.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, delivering regular and comprehensive project updates and effectively resolving any arising issues.
  • Contribute to the standardization of project implementation methodology and project templates to improve project standardization and efficiency.
  • Generate thorough Project/Solution Documentation, outlining project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Handle all customer communication across various projects, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication with all stakeholders.
