As part of our growing team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of sustainable product development. We’re looking for innovative, driven Sales Enablement Specialists who are passionate about technology and sustainability to join us in building tools that enable companies to make smarter, more responsible decisions. This role is a fixed, permanent position. All successful applicants will receive a permanent employment contract regardless of location.  

 

The role:  

 

  • Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs for the sales organization, covering topics such as sales methodologies, objection handling, and product knowledge, with the purpose of internal certification. 

  • Own the onboarding process for new sales hires, leveraging the LMS and supplementing with role-specific training and certifications. 

  • Act as a subject matter expert on how Makersite should be sold, supporting both new hires and experienced team members in developing consistent sales approaches. 

  • Collaborate with leaders to create, update, and maintain training materials, playbooks, and certification programs. 

  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate product positioning and messaging into sales-ready content and training modules. 

  • Conduct regular skills assessments to identify gaps and create targeted development plans for the sales team. 

  • Provide ongoing coaching, workshops, and refresher sessions to strengthen the capabilities of the existing sales force. 

  • Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of training initiatives to ensure continuous improvement. 

  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and tools in sales enablement to enhance Makersite’s training programs. 

  • Ensure all training and enablement content is delivered in clear, professional English. 

Job requirements

  • Proven background in Enterprise SaaS sales training, with demonstrated impact on sales team performance. 

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the same company to reflect lasting contributions. 

  • Academic background in IT or related field (or experience with complex, technical products). 

  • Hands-on experience administering LMS/e-learning platforms and using authoring tools to create engaging training content. 

  • Direct sales experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS, with a solid understanding of the sales cycle and challenges. 

  • Strong storytelling ability and excellent communication skills, able to build credibility and engage diverse audiences. 

  • Residing in and legally permitted to work in the EU. Ideally in Berlin with the occasional option to come to our Berlin office.
