As part of our growing team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of sustainable product development. We’re looking for innovative, driven Software Implementation Engineers who are passionate about technology and sustainability to join us in building tools that enable companies to make smarter, more responsible decisions. This role is a fixed, permanent position. All successful applicants will receive a permanent employment contract regardless of location.


The role:


  • Work very closely with our customers to understand their technical requirements and ensure the correct data is collected to gain a clear understanding of their system environments
  • Map relevant data and work closely with domain experts to ensure integration workflows are seamless.
  • Run end-user trainings
  • Provide technical support to customers during software implementation and deployment
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including installation guides, user manuals, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, product leads, engineering and domain experts to ensure successful customer deployments

Job requirements

  • Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Computer Science or a similar natural science field
  • Minimum of 3-5yrs experience in complex software implementation, data management or similar background
  • Experience working with large data sets and data integration tools
  • High level of understanding of corporate software environments, e.g. PDM, ERP
  • Strong understanding of database design and SQL
  • Hands-on experience with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++
  • Excelling problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Dexterity with software tools and data manipulation & analysis
  • A creative mind that can think outside the box
  • Curiosity to find disruptive as opposed to incremental solutions to tough data problems
  • Residing in and legally permitted to work in the EU.
